in your population as compared to other populations
Summarize the peer-reviewed literationon the available community-based interventions to reduce or eliminate the health disparity. In this component, be sure to:
a. Explainwhetheranyoftheseinterventionshavebeentestedinyour population
i. Based on this information, provide your opinion of what types of programs would help eliminate the disparity
Identify the specific role socialworkers have and can play in the eliminate of this health disparity
Identify the main legislation or policy that has been enacted to indirectly or directly address this health disparity. In this component, be sure to:
Critique these legislative efforts and explain what policies or programs are missing
Suggest analternative policy to eliminate this health disparity
i. Provide research evidence to support your suggestion
Your Research Paper #2 must follow these structural and academic guidelines:
Paper length is six to seven (6-7) pages, not including cover and reference pages
o Any tables presented must be at the end of the paper, and are not included in the overall page count
Citations and references are to be formatted in APA style
In total, you need eleven (11) references
o At least four (4) reputable references related to assessments / screening tools
o At least four (4) references from original, peer-reviewed research articles related to interventions in your population
o At least three (3) references related to legislation or policy to eliminate this disparity
