Students will complete a comprehensive case study analysis.
The analysis should:
Identify, critically analyze and evaluate a concept, subject, or an event, by linking theory to practice
Ground the concept, subject, or an event in its context. (explain the “Why”)
Identify concerns (past, present, and future) to be considered related to the concept, subject or an event.
Provide proposals and recommendations for future action to solve issues or improve current situation (e.g. applying particular type of approach or remedial action). Current/future actions should be likely to successfully address the identified challenges.
Requirements
An acceptable analysis should be 2000 words (+/- 10%) integrating a minimum of 4 academic sources (evidenced by citations). (The word count should not include the title page, an abstract, reference pages, appendices, etc.)

These are the requirements for my paper. My topic is the title: The Impact of COVID-19 on Employee Engagement as it Relates to Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
