Research reasons why some institutions experience more satisfaction or dissatisfaction during implementation than do others. Decide if employees should be disciplined if they fail to attend mandatory go-live classes. Identify creative strategies to encourage physicians and all clinicians to participate in the implementation of the new system. Review the EMR Adoption Model, what are the characteristics of the organizations who have successfully achieved Stage 7 status. This does not have to be a formal paper, but should include your research (reference), thoughts, and ideas; be creative.
