Wk 3 Assignment Instructions: You are required to answer the following questions. You should save your answers in a Word document for submission. Make sure to include your name and student id number and the question as part of the Assignment response. For each assignment, you are expected to answer the assigned questions in your own words. Each assignment paper should be at least 300 words. Papers less than the required 300 words will get zero. This does not mean each question requires a 300-word response; rather, the total number of words for answering the questions must total more than 300 words. For your assignment, make sure to write in an essay format with complete sentences. The submission should be in paragraph form with clear topic sentences and all items from the questions addressed. Translating Strategy into HR Policies and Practices Choose two companies or organizations related to the hospitality field. It can be the same company you used for the DQ (Check the file name Week3DQ that I attached here) this week or a different organization and compare and contrast the two companies' strategic HR plans. What seems to be each company's main strategic aims? What is each firm’s competitive strategy? Describe which of the two, in your opinion, has better strategic HR policies. Explain at least three specific reasons why you believe that. Utilize the text along with information available on the company or organization's websites to help your justification.
