Objective Identify the main aspects of some of the key thinkers and influencers in psychology. This assignment is to prepare you for the many chapters ahead and all of the influential researchers, scientists, and psychologists that you will be exposed to. All of these key individuals will come up many times throughout this course. Our aim is to familiarize ourselves with them and their major contributions. Assessment Overview You will be reading and researching the main contributions of the individual below on the list. Then, you will write about the MAIN contributions this person had in psychology. this assignment will build awareness of the top key thinkers in psychology this assignment will prepare you to read the textbook as these significant individuals will come up many times through the course; textbook and lecture videos Instructions You will start at the top of the list of key individuals and go to the textbook (I recommend using the NAME INDEX at the back of the book to locate the individual Locate the list below- Once you locate the individual, read about their key impact in this field. Take notes on the significant contributions Paraphrase (in your own words) the main contribution the individuals had in psychology Keep in mind that our textbook offers only small amounts of information on some of these individuals. It is your responsibility to utilize other sources as well including our library, google scholar, reputable websites, and or books to further your understanding of these individuals. The same goes for the lecture videos as it is difficult to go into great detail with all of the other content that needs to be presented in this course. You will turn this in by uploading your work in the submit box. Be sure to use the most up-to-date Microsoft word to ensure I am able to open this. Format You will write this in bullet (use numbers)/paragraph form. Each/ALL key thinkers should have a full paragraph which is around 4-7 sentences in length.
