The purpose of this assignment is to create a communication plan for a company's internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate the communication of a cost analysis to executive-level management.

Using the case study company selected for the Topic 1 assignment, create a PowerPoint presentation (7-8 slides) that includes the following:

  1. Presentation of an organizational chart to identify internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Presentation of a RACI (responsible, accountable, consulted, informed) chart to establish reporting and communication channels for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Explanation of a cost analysis focused on time, labor, and equipment based on the information from the "InfoSec Governance Program Paper." Explain as though you are reporting to the company's CEO (chief executive officer) and CIO (chief information officer).
