I need to work on the Methodology chapter of my dissertation which is provided in the attachment. I need 2 sets of questions to be provided. One set can be used to be shared with students and another set to be shared with administrators in universities. Also, I need the questionnaire to include consent from the participants. I will be using the Survey Monkey to prepare the questions and share the link with participants to answer the survey. The survey should be anonymous to ensure the privacy of the participants. Finally, once the responses are collected they will be shared for further analysis and reflection on the dissertation.
