Identify a problem/need for change using literature to develop a PICOT question

 The PICOT question must be approved by the instructor for this project. (Rough draft will be approved in week 5)

Select a change model to use to frame the project and briefly explain why you chose this model and how it fits with the project.

Write an introduction (include a problem statement, list for the reader what will be found in the paper and include a purpose statement for your paper.

Identify anticipated stakeholders involved in your change

Using a SWOT analysis identify internal and external strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that may affect your proposed change and summarize your findings.

On a separate page add the SWOT analysis tool as an appendix
