There are several models of servant leadership that exist including Patterson & Winston’s (2003) servant leadership model and Liden’s model of servant leadership. Using the elements of thought (visit the critical thinking foundation website for more information), compare and contrast the two models. How do the models contribute to your understanding of servant leadership? What is your definition of a servant leader?
