1. A Balanced Scorecard to align to the Strategy Map- For every strategic objective (bubble) on the map, you must have 1-2 measures to address how you will assess if you are meeting that objective. The Strategy Map is the plan view, the BSC is the metrics view. 2. A proposal for the Strategy Map/BSC Cascade, and how to use the cascade to implement the strategy in all divisions, department, units and by all individuals. There should be a section for 3 themes, Service Excellence, Organizational Excellence, and Product Excellence. 3. This is a continuation of my paper, the paper is attached with the strategy map so it all correlates together. 4. Please add a few sentences to the conclusion regarding the balanced score card. 5.
